Booking Frequently Asked Questions

Registration and log-in

  • You must sign in using the same details/method that you registered with when you activated your membership.  This could be an email and password through clubspark or you may have chosen your account with LTA/Facebook/Google/Microsoft as your login route  (on the right hand side on computer or scroll down on mobile device)
  • If you have not signed in when you view the court booking sheet it will show a charge of £6 for each slot.  If you are signed in those slots will not display a charge
  • If you cannot recall your login credentials you can click forgotten password

Name showing on the booking sheet

‘……………….. when I view the table of bookings it displays my name. Can everyone else see this?'

The bookings are set up so that the person booking will see their name on the booking sheet but the public view will just show ‘Booking’. There will be no public of the person's name

 

Cancellation of a booking

Once a booking has been made it can be cancelled either via a link in the booking confirmation email or in ‘MY BOOKINGS’ – at the top right hand corner of the booking sheet

Booking Slots

Annual Members can book one hour per day, if you try to book more than 1 slot you will get a message saying you have exceeded your maximum for that day.   You can book additional sessions on a pay & play basis
